Dear Tony Michael,
The County of Passaic (“County”) received a request for government records
from you on September 15, 2025. Specifically, you requested the following:
"Body worn camera footage of all traffic stops performed on 7-30-25."
Currently, your request fails to identify with reasonable clarity the
specific government records sought, as is required by Bent v. Stafford
Police Department, 381 N.J.Super. 30, 37 (App. Div. 2005). At this time,
we request clarification of your OPRA request. Please respond in writing
and identify the specific government records sought so that we may process
your request. Failure to provide written clarification of your request
will result in the closure of this OPRA request.
Request is too broad, please re-submit with specific case number or
individuals involve in the case names, or possible a specific time of
traffic stop.
If you would like for the County to proceed with your request, please
provide clarifications within ten (10) days from 09/16/2025. Otherwise,
the County will consider your request withdrawn.
