Dear Lacey Township,

Hello,
Your request indicates that you would like to receive
Body Worn Camera footage (BWC). Please be advised that
this will incur a minimum fee of $3.00 plus postage for
the USB/Flash Drive. There could potentially be an
additional fee for a special service charge.
Please confirm the $3.00 deposit and forward the same to
us immediately. By confirming the deposit you accept
that the Township will not perform any work related to
this request until payment is received and upon receipt
the record will be produced in your requested format
within seven (7) business days.
If a special service charge is incurred you will have
the opportunity to accept or deny those fees at a later
date.
If we do not receive a response within 7 business days
of this message we will not complete BWC portion of this
request.
