Dear Fanwood Borough,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I need to consult someone on the validity of this OPRA. If it IS valid,
this could potentially be a lot of work and take a lot of time.

I think we need to re-visit the OPRA fees for BWC redactions ad these
types of requests are only going to increase.

I’ll get back to you about this OPRA and whether I’ll need an extension.
