This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

I hereby request the access to the Body Cams worn by ALL Totowa police officers involved in case number 23-00901, dated 4/7/23. For an incident that took place at the Wyndham Garden Hotel. Specifically BWC of Ptl. Deluccia #7699, Ptl. Cossari #7447, and Lt. Titus #7776.

I also hereby request the access to the Body Cams worn by ALL Totowa police officers involved in case number 23-06238, dated 4/4/23. For an incident that took place at the Wyndham Garden Hotel. Specifically BWC of Ptl. Daniel Rinaldi 7652, Ptl. Jack Pohlman 6810, Ptl. Joseph Palegreco 6656, Sgt. Robert Errigo 2896, and Lt. Joseph Tomasello 9127
