Hello Christo,
     I have received your OPRA request , and unfortunately, I am going to
have to deny the request for now due to the fact that this is still an
active investigation, both the DWI and the Internal Affairs investigation
that came from this incident.  I can inform you however, that when I am
authorized to fulfill this request, there is approximately 1 hour 45
minutes' worth of BWC footage from several different officers.  That
shouldn't take me too long to put together so I do not anticipate any
extra service fees.

of a completed form as a valid government record request.
