All,

Would this be awesome or what???

I had an off the record pre-interview this morning and it went very well I think – well enough that he submitted our name to his editor for consideration anyway. He was certainly impressed with our finances and redevelopment efforts. If they proceed with us I think we should also have someone in attendance who can “wax poetic” so to speak about the more subjective quality of life issues here in Palmyra that make us so great. Just a suggestion to mull over. I’m thinking for business success stories, we could consider Glenn Stock, Kerbeck, Anthony Fratto, maybe.

So, this started with an email Mayor Gina forwarded to me last week. See attached thread. I have no idea where they got our name from or how we got on the list for consideration – maybe redevelopment though. Donna thought maybe it was related to the business award the redeveloper won???? Makes sense.

We should know by tomorrow if we’ve been selected. I’ll keep you posted.

Thanks,

John

Thomas,

The pleasure is all mine, thank you. We look forward to hearing from your Editor-in-Chief and we welcome the opportunity to share what we believe makes Palmyra perhaps the best managed community in New Jersey and a truly great place to live, learn and play.

Thanks again,

John

John
Thanks for the call today, it was a pleasure speaking with you.
Here are the details we discussed regarding a possible feature on Palmyra in the September issue of Business View: Civil & Municipal as part of our series on “Best Managed Municipalities in New Jersey 2024”.
If we get the go ahead, we would look to have our Editor-in-Chief conduct a brief interview with yourself and any additional members of the local government regarding your quality of life, milestones, infrastructure adaptations of the last few years, development & what it means for the community, **what makes Palmyra unique from an investment, business development & future growth perspective, notable success stories of local businesses, and the future of the community.
(**relevant to our readership)

Process:
As discussed, all that would be required is approximately 20-25 minutes for a conference interview and a quick review of the final product before it's published to ensure everything is factually correct, to your satisfaction, and positions Palmyra in the way you want to be highlighted in the series.

Upon completion, we will also send you a high res copy of your feature (Ad agency quality, see examples below), complete with custom front and back covers - which can then be used in any of your community’s future branding & marketing initiatives.

As mentioned, we will require a minimum of one ad to run the piece. Businesses can split an ad if that's preferred. Typically the groups that get the greatest ROI with this type of alignment would be major developers, engineering firms, chambers of commerce, economic/industrial/housing development authorities, convention & visitors bureaus, and/or key local businesses, partners, or suppliers.
If more than one group wants an ad, or if the partner wants a larger ad option, both can be arranged.
