Dear Milltown School District,
Be advised I am making this request at the direction of Aron Mandel, Board of Education attorney. Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide a copy of all bills/invoices from the Busch Law Group received since July 1, 2020. Please ensure that your response provides records sufficient to show the total invoiced by this vendor for work stemming from the situation involving Egnita Pardo, including the board's investigation of her eligibility to serve, the related cases before the Office of Administrative Law and NJ Superior Court, the vendor's participation in various public and executive sessions where this issue was discussed, and any other work done by Busch Law Group related to this matter.
