Dear Municipal authority,
Please send me a list of properties with current code violations, properties with delinquent taxes over $4,000 , and all properties that are currently vacant.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Would you be able to provide me the list of vacant/abandoned properties along with those with current code violations if the township does in fact keep these on records? If not, could you direct to the proper staff who would be able to satisfy this request?

Per your OPRA request dated 3/2/20, attached you will find all properties
that are currently vacant/abandoned that are registered with PROCHAMPS.
If you have any questions concerning a property you must contact PROCHAMPS
customer service at (321)421-6639 or [1][email address]. Also
attached is a list of properties with current code violations as of today
3/9/2020.
I will now consider this request closed. If you need any additional
information you must submit a new request to the Township Clerk.
