-- Requesting any available outstanding building permits for the attached referenced property, if any. Historical building permits, which have been closed, are NOT requested. The information that we need will also include date original of construction of the facility.

-- Requesting copies of current, unresolved building code violations at the property. Copies of historic resolved violations are not requested.
