Note: These are all on or near Lot 7.01 & Block: 26
Any building permits submitted, pending or approved that may obstruct the view of the New York City skyline along the length of Gregory avenue, eastward.

Can you please confirm if there are approvals or pending requests on buildings 99 Hackensack Plank Road and 546-548 Gregory Ave.
Our building received a notification two weeks ago that these adjacent buildings have received prior approvals to construct 3 additional floors above the existing foundation.

I am writing to request an internal review of Weehawken Township's handling of my OPRA request 'Building permits/approvals for Lots between Hackensack Plank Road, Gregory Ave, and Shippen St'.
I received some of the requested information but wanted to follow-up on my last reply to get additional information or confirmation on the following:
