In response to your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request “New Building
permits over the last 6 months”, please see attached June through November
Construction Permit Activity Reports. Please be advised that December’s
report will be available after January 1, 2023.
Documents related to summons or other Municipal Court related documents as
filed in the Fort Lee Municipal Court are to be obtained by completing a
Judiciary Records Request which can be obtained through the New Jersey
Courts online website. Please contact the Fort Lee Municipal Court at
201-592-3500 ext. 1509 for additional information.
