Dear Union City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Hi, I wanted to understand the Union City code regulations and permitting process.
Is there a specific document or website to reference all of the rules and regulations or variances aside from the standard national building codes BOCA 1996.

For permitting I wanted to understand what the requirements were to complete the following:

* Capping off my existing gas stove and replacing it with an electric stove top?
* adding a ventless washer / dryer combo to my unit
* adding a dishwasher to my kitchen
* removal of existing bathroom tub to a shower stall.
