Building Permits

Records requested: Please supply a list of all building permit applications for single family homes. Please provide applicants name and telephone number.

We do not keep a list of building permits issued for SFD's or permits issued in general. We need you to be year specific from 2006 and current to review yearly permit reports to determine a SFD permit. From there we need to go through every permit issued for each year to determine which is a SFD or not by printing out yearly reports. We then can make a copy of the front of the permit for you which who was the owner at that time and if there was a number listed for said homeowner is written on. Prior to 2006 we have no electronic records and all records are filed by Block and Lot requiring us to have staff go through over 20 file cabinets of records one at a time to determine what was a SFD or not. Please clarify what years you are looking for-asking for " all building permit applications for single family homes" is too broad.
