All available building/remodeling permit history associated to the property at 15 Deerfield Lane (Block 48/Lot 9). The home features a family room that appears to have at one time (prior to 13 years ago per multiple previous sales transaction records) been converted from original portion of attached garage space.

A new sale is pending currently and buyer's lender is seeking evidence that the space is legally converted (or grandfathered since the renovations appear to have been done by either the original owner or the owner of the home prior to 2010, Ralph T Lengyel).
