Records requested: All permits, approvals, certificates of occupancy, subdivision and site plan applications, variance applications and notices of violation relating to the property located at 350 Georgetown Road and designated as Lot 1 in block 160 on the Tax Map from 2021 to the present, including all communications relating thereto.
