-The timeframe you listed on all request: "since January 1, 2017". Please clarify. Does this mean from January 1, 2017 to present day?

As to your first questions, I would like copies of permits and any other records in the subcode office which refer specifically to the property at 97 Apple Street that were generated at any time between January 1, 2017 through present day.

The Borough of Tinton Falls official Records Custodian received your Open Public Records Act request 2021-046 on February 19, 2021. As such the seven business day deadline to respond to your request is March 2, 2021.
Your request requires additional time beyond the seven (7) business days to fulfill due to records offsite. Your request requires an extension of time until March 15, 2021.
