Dear Requestor,
The Borough of Seaside Park is in receipt of your OPRA request from
October 1, 2021 for “the actual estimate of cost, budget, and associated
back up forms, worksheets, etc. which was prepared to arrive at the
estimate cost/budget for the Borough of Seaside Park Well No. 10 treatment
facility bid.”
Please be advised that your request is denied under NJSA 47:1A-1.1. The
project is being re-bid and the revised bid specifications are currently
undergoing the administrative review and authorization process. Releasing
the engineer’s estimate for a project that will be bid under the Local
Public Contracts Law would give an unfair advantage to bidders, and is not
permitted under OPRA.
