All costs and moneys spent to date and future costs for the City Hall 100th and Plainfield 150th in the year of 2019 Anniversary celebrations, including printed material, police overtime. cookies, cakes, costumes, entertainment, tent rental, food, beverage and additional staff to covering events, including overtime of city employees.
