I'm requesting access to bodycam footage regarding the Kimberly Priscilla Patterson (DOB: 02/05/1990) incident (booking #15-229516) that occurred on February 19, 2024 for obstruction admin of law.

Specifically, I am seeking an electronic copy of the BWC footage recorded by Brick PD officers (main arresting officer & assisting officer) involved in response to the call and the actual arrest of Patterson.

If any aspects of this request are denied, please cite each specific exemption you feel justifies the refusal to release the information and please notify me of the appeal procedures available to me under the law.
