Dear Brian Smyth, Tracy Handerhan (Wall Superintendent) and Christine Steitz (Wall BOE President):

This OPRA is late for the August 2024 Executive Minutes. Will Mr. Smyth advise that he returned it late and provide a copy of the minutes to all in his monthly OPRA update at the BOE that will be held on October 15, 2024. You will recall the district used to show all of the actual OPRA requests prior to Mr. Smyth asking to have them ALL DELETED during the Trailer Investigation.
