Dear Brian Smyth:

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

1) The Public advertisement for Interior Alterations at Multiple Schools 22K126B, as shown in the bid summary in the October 15, 2024, agenda as part of the Referendum project.

2) All bid documents received from BENNETT COMPANY for work in Multiple Schools as part of the referendum project 22K126B. They had an overall bid of over $9,000,000 and can be seen in the October 15, 2024, Agenda when Adam Nasr was the Finance & Facilites chair and Christine Steitz the Wall BOE President.

3) A copy of the sign in sheet showing who was present during the "Public Bid Opening" for Interior Alternations at Multiple schools 22K126B.

4) A copy of all addendums for work for Interior Alterations at Multiple Schools 22K126B.

The time frame for these documents is August 1, 2024 - May 9, 2025.
