OPRA request for public information:

Mr. Smyth:

As you are aware raw sewage is shown in a picture underneath the Central School Trailers taken in August of 2019.

Kindly send me your engineers report where you tested the site under the trailers between the time frame of ONLY August 18, 2019 - March 31, 2020, for raw sewage. I requested this test numerous times to Brian Smyth, Cheryl Dyer and BOE members Ralph Addonizio, Adam Nasr, Russell Gartz, Joe Hall, Christine Steitz, Erin Mangan, Andy Krupa, Ken Wondrack and Chris San Filippo.

I doubt the Super - Cheryl Dyer, Business Administrator, Brian Smyth and the BOE members above would have been so careless if it was their own children that were in the moldy rotten trailers.

Partner Engineering and the Architect (Spiezle) had been on site so many times in August and September of 2019 who was responsible for NOT letting them test for raw sewage within the first few months?

I believe your response can only be "NO DOCUMENTS EXIST" for this timeframe but I would like it returned in an OPRA.

Dr. Handerhan, was it Mr. Smyth or Mr. Nasr that refused to allow the raw sewage testing IMMEDIATELY? Michael Gross was the Wall BOE attorney at the time.

Mr. Smyth this response is overdue! It is so disturbing how careless you were with children and Wall staff's lives in the Central School Trailers since 2007 as you watched the demo during the OPEN CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION. How do you sleep at night knowing all this?

Dear Wall Township School District

This OPRA response is overdue from Brian Smyth! It is so disturbing how careless Mr. Smyth was with so many children and Wall staff's lives in the Central School Trailers since 2007 as he stood watched the demo during the OPEN CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION without the approval from the MCPO.

Dr. Handerhan those trailers as you are aware where never inspected by the Wall Administration and the Architect FVF as claimed by Mr. Smyth before their purchase as the district is being sued by an injured child in the trailers. Mr. Smyth was a licensed engineer as the time of the Trailer purchase.

Do you know yet as the Wall Superintendent of Schools where they came from as Mr. Smyth who was the BA when they were purchased will not answer this simple question over 4 years later.

Mr. Torrence who is copied here said the trailers were built in 1996? Other documents returned to me under OPRA show they were built in 1998? Which is it?

The letter below from Peter Barton states:

"As requested in the bid, the used is completely refurbished and would be in like new condition. These buildings are located at Princeton Regional High School and available for your inspection. The ones Wall purchased for $339,000 were NOT refurbished and in like knew condition and clearly full of mold and needed to be refurbished.

USED trailers installed by the Unlicensed General Contractor Mobilease was NOT even an option for the public bid so clearly these trailers never should have been purchased and then installed by the unlicensed GC Mobilease? Have you let your attorney Goldberg Segalla know all of this?

Does Mr. Smyth know when they were built and where the MOLDY trailers came from before being dropped off at Wall as the district is being sued given the statement of origin documents are even forged that were sent to Mr. Smyth?

Mr. Torrence, was this plumbing in the picture below even to code?

I am still wondering why the BOE refused to test for raw sewage when they were advised of this immediately from these pictures taken by a parent of Central Schoo as this simple OPRA still has not been returned and is overdue.

I look forward to the documents today and answers to my simple questions, Dr. Handerhan without any more delays or excuses from Mr. Smyth.

Dr. Richens can you kindly confirm receipt. I have gone over all of this with you and as you are aware you have nothing to assist. As a parent and grandparent, myself I find it quite disturbing.
