Mr. Smyth:

May I please have a copy of the purchase order paying the DIPLOMA JIF $10,000 for Cross VS Wall BOE (Docket Number - L001512-23) as seen on the list in the February 13, 2024, agenda (Wall BOE attorney Eric Harrison for the JIF and Athina Cornell for Wall) and shown below and a copy of the purchase order paying my attorney $41,000 for losing my prior OPRA case (Docket Number L-001081-21). Both were regarding Brian Smyth withholding information on the Central School Trailers.

The current case still is not over as Mr. Smyth will not legally certify that what he provided me in the folder is all that was in the FOLDER from ADAM NASR TO TRACY HANDERHAN. I was recently told who sent the Facebook posts to Mr. Nasr to send to Tracy Handerhan as they were not Mr. Nasr own screenshots.

This is the case where BRIAN SMYTH was withholding my own Facebook posts regarding the Central School Trailers. Can you also let me when Athina Cornell discussed both of these items with the MCPO when she met with them as she mentioned yesterday at the Wall BOE meeting held 2/13/2024.

Did she also review with the MCPO that the Wall BOE lost my last case and had to pay my attorney $41,0000 on the last case and that Mr. Smyth is refusing to still answer questions on the Trailers and was never interviewed by the MCPO, Anthony Sciarrillo and Dr. Cram for all three investigation and that Mr. SMYTH again withholding public information even today on the Central School Trailers and remind them that were demolished during an OPEN Criminal Investigation being a spoilation of evidence.

Last why did the district receive a temporary CO and final CO with wiring on the Trailers that was not waterproof rated by an electrician from PA while Mr. Smyth was a licensed engineer and the last person to work on the trailers with Wall staff before the Temporary CO was issued?
