1) Attorney Bills for Athina Cornell and Eric Harrison (Methfessel & Werbel) for November 2024 and December 2024.

2) Attorney bills Dennis McKeever's law firm (Chasan Lamparello, Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC) for November 2024 and December 2024 returned via a PDF.

KINDLY INCLUDE ALL cover pages with any E-MAILS attaching the bills when they are sent to the district with date stamps.

Re: Overdue attorney bills attorney for Athina Cornell and Dennis McKeever for November and December 2024 - are being purposely held up so the public cannot view them?

Dear Mr. Maliff - Wall Township Board of Education President,
I hope you are doing well.

Could you please provide an update on why the district has yet to receive the attorney invoices for Athina Cornell and Dennis McKeever for November and December 2024? Additionally, what is causing the delay in making these public records available to the public in a timely fashion?

Mr. Smyth has once again stated that "no records exist that are responsive to your request," which is concerning given the lack of explanation as I requested yesterday.

Please see Mr. Smyth's response below I received at 9:27 AM today.

As the President of the Wall Board of Education, I am sure you share my concern regarding this response. Could the invoices possibly have been overlooked or misplaced, such as in Mr. Smyth’s spam folder? If not, what exactly is the delay from both Law firms?

I would appreciate a response today, as I have not received any update from Dr. Handerhan, who reports to you.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter given the BOE meeting on Tuesday. I would like these documents by days end today 2/14/2025.

I will follow up with the DOE after lunch if I have not heard back from you.
