I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws
of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial
purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Incident reports including officer narrative that have been coded
as a fight /dispute from 11/18/2024 to 11/22/2024.

Response: 11/25/24 - In response to your OPRA request, attached
find the items responsive to your request. Please be advised that
Report #24023781, CAD File #24363949, dated 11/18/2024 is
associated with a Domestic Violence record and, therefore, exempt
from release under the Open Public Records Act. Please note that
all records maintained pursuant to the Domestic Violence Act are
exempt from release. NJSA 47:1A-1.1. Furthermore, records
maintained pursuant to the Domestic Violence Act shall be
confidential and shall not be made available to any individual or
institution except as otherwise provided by law. NJSA 2C:25-33.
