The brain activity report request should include, but not limited to any available record that demonstrates an active pulse, ability to fog a mirror with their breath, ability to recognize date, time and place, ability to answer simple question in a timely fashion.

Please provide for the above mentioned persons and proof or documentation of any good ideas presented or implemented during their employment of the Township of Hamilton. The request should include, but not limited to documentation of any tax savings ideas offered and implemented, any idea shared or implemented to streamline municipal operations.
