Dear Clerk,
One final time to clarify for Points #2 and #3.
I am asking for you to print the screen showing the admin information requested or do a screen shot for both the Borough of Englishtown Website and Borough of Englishtown Facebook Page.
I believe that this report does exist and hereby am requesting it per OPRA.
Yours sincerely,
Resident
Dear Resident,
Per Bent v. Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J.Super. 30, 37 (App. Div.
2005), custodians are not required to conduct research or create new
records in response to an OPRA request. This request seeks information
rather than a specific document or record. Unfortunately, it is
impossible to supply what does not exist and asking repeatedly does not
change facts nor the response to your request that sought access to the
following:
".....records to the Borough of Englishtown's
([1]http://www.englishtownnj.com/) website AND the Borough of
Englishtown's Facebook page ([2]https://www.facebook.com/EnglishtownNJ)
1 - Policies regarding the process to post content on BOTH the Borough of
Englishtown's website AND Borough of Englishtown's Facebook page". (NO
RECORDS WERE FOUND RESPONSIVE TO THIS PORTION OF YOUR REQUEST AS NO SUCH
POLICY EXISTS)
2 - List of all users of BOTH the Borough of Englishtown's website AND
Borough of Englishtown's Facebook page and their names/positions.
Specifically, the users who have access to the Admin and Admin 02
identities in posting online as well as anyone else who has read/write
access to both the website and Facebook page." (NO RECORDS WERE FOUND
RESPONSIVE TO THIS PORTION OF YOUR REQUEST AS NO SUCH LIST EXISTS)
3 - List of all individuals banned from the Borough of Englishtown's
Borough of Englishtown's Facebook page ONLY." (NO RECORDS WERE FOUND
RESPONSIVE TO THIS PORTION OF YOUR REQUEST AS NO SUCH LIST EXISTS)
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Borough of Englishtown to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the

Dear Clerk,
It is pretty alarming that your town does not have a log as to who has access to these pages like every other NJ town does that I have contacted. It it generally considered standard security practice.
At the very least, these towns have given me pictures of the user access list.
Yours sincerely,
Resident
