This Facebook group has been advertised on official Borough email communications and described as the exclusive, official Facebook presence for the Borough of Englishtown.
Therefore, we would like to request all pertinent public information regarding the administration and usage of this facebook age, including but not limited to:
-all "admin" information; an account of everyone that has access to administrative functions for the page, and what identities or user names are given administrative privilege over, or access to, this official Borough page
- a list of all followers of this official Borough page
-the account or identity that created and built this official Facebook page for the Borough
- a user log of all activity regarding log ins and editing functions for posts within the official Borough page, broken down by each identity or handle that is logging in or performing administrative edits to any content or profile information within this official Borough page
- a copy of all messages sent and received by this official page, or any administrative account with access to this page, from its inception date to September 29, 2022.

to respond to your request is October 14, 2022.

Your request requires additional time beyond the seven (7) business days
to fulfill because due to the size of the request. OPRA allows
custodians to seek extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i.
Specifically, OPRA states that, “the requestor shall be advised by the
custodian when the record can be made available. If the record is not made
available by that time, access shall be deemed denied.” Your request is
expected to require an extension of time until October 31, 2022. If your
request for access to a government record has been denied or unfilled
within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a right to
challenge the decision by the Borough of Englishtown to deny access. At
your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court
of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records Council
(GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form. You may contact
the GRC by toll-free telephone at 866-850-0511, by mail at P.O. Box 819,
