Raymond Codey has a posted salary for the year 2023 of $194,839.82 The resolution you provided [R2023-133] has the salary proposed at $191,246. We would like the compensation package offered for 2023 that details the additional compensation to the Borough Administrator for 2023.

Please provide the following information based in your response:

1. Documentation that supports that this increase was a health care waiver stipend for 2023, who approved same and what amount was the actual health care waiver stipend issued to Borough Administrator Raymond Codey for year 2023 and on what date did he receive same. Please provide a copy of the paystub for Business Administrator Raymond Codey demonstrating such stipend payment.
2. Explanation as to why this health care waiver stipend for 2023 was not incorporated into Resolution R133-2023 and approved by Counsel.
