Booking Report / Arrest Log
Dear Wanaque Borough,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

- Arrest Log / Booking Report detailing the number of arrests, type of charges, and date and time of arrest made by your department from 1/1/2025 to 12/15/2025

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA) (N.J.S.A.

(not the individual purchase orders themselves) issued by Borough of
Wanaque from July 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025.
This report may also be referred to as an accounts payable summary, check
summary, check register, or vendor analysis report. Any spreadsheet or
report that lists vendor names, brief descriptions of purchases, and total
amounts would be fully responsive to this request.
If available, please include:

Description of purchase or payment
Total price or amount paid
If vendor names are coded, please include the code key if it’s easily
available. We’re happy to accept whatever form this data is already
maintained in — raw exports or standard reports (Excel, CSV, or PDF) are
perfectly fine.
If another department is better suited to handle this request, I’d
appreciate it if you could forward it to them or share their contact
information.
If any part of this request is withheld, please provide the specific
statutory exemption and release all non-exempt portions.
