Dear Dawn Liedtka, RMC, CMR,
Thank you for your prompt response. It is very much appreciated. Is it likely that body worn footage will be obtainable after this much time?

Dear Dawn Liedtka, RMC, CMR,
Hello, i would like to follow up regarding my request
Yours sincerely,
Gabrielle Fink
The Township of Waterford received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on June 30, 2026. As such, the seven-business day deadline for my response is July 10, 2026. This response is being sent to you on the 7th day since the receipt of your request.
Your OPRA request sought access to the following: any and all police records, reports, narratives, police, body worn camera footage, charge history and arrests pertaining to Bonnie MAMMOCCIO DOB 07/31/1984 from the 2021 to 2024 date range.
Attached are two incident reports (one from 2022 and one from 2021) involving Bonnie Mammoccio. Redactions have been made to the following within the document: Day/Month of Birth, Personal Telephone Numbers, and Social Security Numbers.
I was informed by the Police Department that there are other reports but they are not releasable under OPRA as they are criminal investigatory.
Please note that the retention period for Body Worn Camera footage is one year and is not available for the dates requested.
There are no other documents on file that are responsive to your request.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a right to challenge the decision by the Township of Waterford to deny access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records Council (“GRC”) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form. You may contact the GRC by toll-free telephone at 866-850-0511, by mail at P.O. Box 819, Trenton, NJ, 08625, by e-mail at [email address], or at their web site at www.state.nj.us/grc. The Council can also answer other questions about the law. All questions regarding complaints filed in Superior Court should be directed to the Court Clerk in your County.
Sincerely,
Dawn M. Liedtka, RMC, CMR
