Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Upon their arrival, officers located a 19-year-old Rutgers student who had been injured and was unresponsive. The 19-year-old was transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, where he remains in critical condition."
