This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

All DashCam, BodyCam footage relating to a motor vehicle stop that took place at approximately 2340hrs on 11 July 2024 near the intersection of N. Whitehorse Pike and W. Somerdale Road involving a 2010 Ford Escape. Include any and all recorded video and audio recorded by any means relating to this incident and the subsequent arrests of the driver and passengers of the vehicle.
Include a list of the Barrington Borough Police Department personnel involved in any capacity including full name, rank and badge number where applicable.
Also include a list of any other law enforcement agencies, departments, and personnel involved in the incident. When possible, include the full name, rank, and badge number. But, at a minimum, list the name of the township, borough, city, or municipality of the law enforcement agency involved.

I am writing to request an internal review of Barrington Borough's handling of my OPRA request 'BodyCam/DashCam Footage'.

On 7/19/2024 I submitted a request for the above referemced information . As of the time of the preparation of this correspondence, I have not received the information nor any form of communication explaining Barrington Borough's refusal to comply with my request.
By law, under all circumstances , Barrington Borough should have responded by now.
