Bodycam Footage Request of Incident Case#2021-00473

Under the authority granted by the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am formally requesting the release of all body-worn camera and dashcam footage pertaining to the specific incident outlined below:

2. Other Office Badge #65 & 78 - bodycam
3. Dashcam & backseat camera of patrol vehicle
This request encompasses all unaltered footage from both body-worn cameras and vehicle dashcams involved in the incident.
In compliance with the New Jersey OPRA, I expect a response to this request within seven business days as stipulated by state law. Failure to meet this deadline will result in my seeking judicial relief to enforce compliance under the statute.

My apologies for not getting this response to you sooner. I was not clear
on our police department's response. Please see below from our police
department:
The BWC video will not be released as it is part of a criminal
investigatory report. The only items that we released were redacted
copies of the arrest report as well as the a redacted copy of the
incident/CAD report.
