I am requesting the Body-cam footage for ALL officer present 9/25/2025, 15:00-15:30 at MVA Rt322 & Poplar Ave/New Brooklyn Rd Intersection. This includes, but is not limited to:

•Officer Brendan S. Campbell, badge # 7138,
•Officer Matthew Shiplee and
•Any other officers present at/for the incident responsible for generating police
report #2025041311,
•Particularly the BodyCam footage of the officer that interviewed Mr. David J Hinnegan, since this was utilized as the ‘primary source’ for the investigation of this police report.
