Dear Erin Barillas,
Thank you for your response and for processing my OPRA request regarding Incident No. 25-064023.
I am writing in reference to the Township’s statement that the body-worn camera footage has been recorded to DVD and is available for pickup or mailing. If possible, I respectfully request that the records be provided via a secure electronic delivery method instead (such as an evidence download link or file-sharing portal commonly used by law enforcement agencies).
Electronic delivery would be more convenient and would avoid delays or postage costs. If an evidence link or similar secure transfer option is available, I would be happy to receive the records in that manner.
Please let me know if this option is available or if you require any additional information from me.
Thank you again for your assistance.
Yours sincerely,
R Raihan
Good Morning,
Is it possible to provide a different email address? The system filters out certain email addresses and may not work sending the secured link to the OPRA machine email.
Please advise.
Thank you.

Dear Erin Barillas,
Thank you for sending me the records. Can you please tell me which agency holds the interrogation footage for the cases handled by North Bergen PD?
