Good afternoon,

East Windsor Township received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request dated January 23, 2024. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is February 2, 2024. This response is being provided to you on the 7th business day after the custodian's receipt of your request.

Please be advised that due to the format and size of the requested body worn camera footage, the requested documents can only be provided in the form of a CD. The cost for this CD is $1.00. Please let me know when you would like to come in to pay the $1.00 fee and pickup the CD with the requested files.
