Response: Township of Lakewood has received your Open Public

received your request today. As such, the Township will respond as

The Township of Lakewood received your Open Public Records Act
(OPRA) request on 2/5/2024. As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is 2/15/2024. This response to
your request is being provided to you on the 4th business day
after the custodian's receipt of said request.

Due to the large file size of the requested BWC footage, the
records are being transmitted to you via CD. Pursuant to N.J.S.A
47:1A-5.b, the cost associated with this request is $0.37 since
you have requested to pick up the footage. No MVR or back seat
camera footage exists.

In accordance with NJSA 47:1A-1 (personal exception) and Federal
Regulation, cell phone numbers have not been provided.
Additionally, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9(a)-(b), police
MDT screens have redacted.

Please respond in writing with the date you wish to pick up the
records.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied
or unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law,
you have a right to challenge the decision by the Township of
Lakewood to deny access. At your option, you may either institute
a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a
