Dear Neptune Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. TO, FROM, SUBJECT, TIME, DATE, ATTACHMENTS, and ALL COPIED INDIVIDUALS as they relate to Copies of the Police Report for Richard Hone from the February 12, 2024 at approx. 1:30-2:30pm issue with Neven Tadros at Jersey Shore Medical Center about Serenity Hone-Tadros (the monor child) visitation at Jersey Shore Medical Center as well as the Bodycam footage by Officer Crawford and Officer Jenkins.

I was told the Bodycam is available and was turned on to record the interaction with Neven Tadros. I also was called by Special Officer Jenkins who was writing the police report
