to 5:30PM. As well as dashcam footage from the vehicle he was
driving for the same date and time period.

I am also confirming I will pay any fee associated with this
request if applicable and I am authorizing up to $25 and I would
like to pick up the material when available.

Response: Township of Lakewood has received your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) request. The official Records Custodian
received your request to day. As such, the Township will respond
as soon as possible but no later than seven (7) business days.

Please be advised Town Hall will be closed 10/9/2023 in observance
of Columbus/Indigenous Peoples' Day. Town Hall will re-open on
10/10/2023.

The Township of Lakewood received your Open Public Records Act
(OPRA) request on 10/4/2023. As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is 10/16/2023. This response
to your request is being provided to you on the 2nd business day
after the custodian's receipt of said request.

Due to the large file size of the requested records, the records
are being transmitted to you via CD. Pursuant to N.J.S.A
47:1A-5.b, the cost associated with this request is $5.12
including postage.

In accordance with NJSA 47:1A-1 (personnel exception) and Federal
Regulation, personally identifying information has not been
provided.

Please mak e out the check to the "Township of Lakewood" addressed
to the Township Clerk-Lakewood Municipal Bldg- 231 Third Street-
Lakewood, NJ 08701. Please note the OPRA request number in the
memo portion of the check.

Upon receipt of your check in the amount of $5.12 ,the CD will be
mailed to you.

Please remit payment and the address you would like us to mail the
CD to.

juveniles, and the driver's license of the person involved.
