Response: Township of Lakewood has received your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) request. The official Records Custodian
received your request to day. As such, the Township will respond
as soon as possible but no later than seven (7) business days.

Please be advised Town Hall will be closed 10/9/2023 in observance
of Columbus/Indigenous Peoples' Day. Town Hall will re-open on

The Township of Lakewood received your Open Public Records Act
(OPRA) request on 10/4/2023. As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is 10/16/2023. This response
to your request is being provided to you on the 2nd business day
after the custodian's receipt of said request.

Due to the large file size of the requested records, the records
are being transmitted to you via CD. Pursuant to N.J.S.A
47:1A-5.b, the cost associated with this request is $5.12
including postage.

In accordance with NJSA 47:1A-1 (personnel exception) and Federal
Regulation, personally identifying information has not been
provided.
