Maybe the command staff that is guiding you in this request, would be helped by the Attorney general of the state of NJ definition of a Body worn camera.
Body worn camera (“BWC”). A device worn by a law enforcement officer that makes an electronic
audio and video recording of activities that take place during any law enforcement action. The
term does not include a mobile video recording device when mounted inside a police vehicle (i.e., a
dash cam). The term also does not include any form of electronic recording device worn by a law
enforcement officer while acting in an undercover capacity. Nor does the term include an
electronic recording device when used to comply with the requirements of Rule 3:17 (electronic
recording of station house custodial interrogations).

3.2 Officers Required to Wear BWCs. The following officers shall be required to be equipped
with BWCs and adhere to the provisions of this Policy when performing their duties:
(f) All officers assigned to “front desk” duty in law enforcement agencies, whose duties
include interaction with members of the public who enter police stations to report
incidents or request assistance or information

When I entered the lobby of the police station and I asked the front desk officer, if he had his body camera on. He said no, and another officer told me that they did not have to turn on body cameras because all the conversations in the lobby were being audio and visually recorded by lobby cameras.
SO I made the request for all the lobby audio and visual recordings,
Your office told me that separate request was ready to be picked up. That was a previous request.
This request is for the BODY worn camera of the front desk officer.

So I want to make it clear that the previous request you responded to was for the lobby audio and visual on the wall mounted or ceiling mounted cameras or whatever devices that are not body worn cameras being used in the manner the officer informed me they were being used for.
This request is for the Body cameras of the front desk officer.

Since these were two different requests I expected two responses. Maybe you included both the lobby cameras and the body cameras in that other request.

I hope this clarifies my request.
