Dear Bergen County Sheriff's Department,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I am requested body worn camera footage from police officer Raymond Aste, Badge #: 1734, on 04/30/2021 from the time 8am to 9am.

Officer Astre responded to a MVA on State highway 4 in Paramus NJ., Police Report #:BS-21-0302999, and i would like to hear the parties statements of how the accident occurred.
