I am requesting access to body-worn camera footage recorded by officers of
the Carteret Police Department on April 12, 2024, between approximately
4:30 PM and 6:00 PM, related to a traffic stop within the Borough of
Carteret that resulted in arrests and the recovery of suspected narcotics.

I am willing to accept redacted footage where required by law. If any
portion of the requested record is exempt, please provide the remainder in
accordance with the Open Public Records Act.

If the incident involved another agency, please advise which department
maintains the responsive body-worn camera footage.
