Lt Haw,
Thank you for your expedient response
Would I be able to stop in next week and I will arrange a time with you to download the files onto a thumb drive
Thank You
Joel Caplan
Good morning Mr. Caplan,
Yes, next week is fine. Please let me know when you are able to meet.
Barring any unforeseen issues, I am working from 7a-5p next week on
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
I did put it on a disc already, which you are welcome to take instead of
putting it on a thumb drive.
I hope you have a safe and happy New Year.

Good morning Mr. Caplan,
Just a follow-up to our conversation last week for your OPRA request.
Since I have not heard from you, I will put the DVD recording of your
request in a manilla envelope and leave it in our Records Department.
This way you can pick it up at your convenience and not have to coordinate
schedules with me. The envelope will have your name on it as well as
"OPRA #571." Our Records Department is usually open from 8a-5pm Monday
thru Friday.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist. Thanks
and have a great weekend.
