I understand that a Special Service Charge may apply for redaction; however, I would like to request additional clarification regarding the estimated 5+ hours of work. Could you please provide more detail on what specific portions of the footage require redaction and why this level of time is necessary?

Additionally, I would like to know if there are options to reduce or waive the fee. This request is related to a personal matter involving my family, and I would appreciate any consideration that can be given.
