Dear Brick Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

I would like to know who the individual that interfered with the investigation is. The individual that approached the police car and leaned in for a long conversation. Then joined the other party involved in the accident. This man was called by the other party and showed up to have a discussion with the officer.
