Dear Delran Township,

We are seeking body camera footage from a police call to a suspicious vehicle on Stewart ave on 8/3/2022. This vehicle was near 69 - 77 Stewart ave and was a black mercury SUV. Please also include any reports regarding this incident.

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Good afternoon,

I have received the information requested from the Police Department. Please see attached incident report. Unlisted phone numbers have been redacted as per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1. As for the body camera footage. The Police Department has provided a cd that can be picked up at the municipal building or mailed, whichever is preferred. I have tried uploading the files to google drive up they are unable to be opened in that format.

Please let me know how you wish to proceed.
