Dear Wall Township Police Department,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:
1.) any and all recorded footage from both the Body worn and vehicle mounted cameras that recorded any part of the accident involving my 2016 Kia optima was on 11/19/22. More specifically responding Officer Johan Moreno and any other officers that responded or arrived on the scene.
2.) The up to date contract between Wall Twp Police Dept and Taylors Towing for subcontracting towing & storage outlining the police departments rules and requirements in order for Taylor Towing to follow in order to remain eligible to work with & for them. Employment records including any complaints made against tow driver /operator. Registered owners of tow yard. Valid proof of license, NJDL valid proof of CDL A endorsement of the tow driver tha physically towed my vehicle including any audio or video.
3.) Any Body worn camera footage from reporting Officer Mason & any other officers recorded body worn or vehicle mounted cameras that captured any footage on 1/13/23 when I called police again to escort me & legally assist retrieve my personal affects from my car.
4.) I may not have every single date I called for assistance with this issue so please check for any corresponding recordings from Body worn camera footage of any other officers that reported to Taylors Towing yard regarding my car as a result of me calling in dispatch using my name Jennifer Guzman & vehicle-16 Optima bw dates 10/22 - present day. Normally I called dept directly or dispatch trying to have the law enforce um well the literal law & have witness we me.
5.) Any other supporting documents or investigations /findings/police reports or statements officers reported to assist me retrieving a single item on any day be 22-25. The names & badge #s of all officers dispatched to every call I made for help with my car listed below, please include a copy of each of the corresponding police reports/ summary of events for documentation of any & all calls I them for help involving Taylors Towing as there were many. & Any report or summarized document when I only spoke with the sergeant about this situation on the phone. Between 10/22- present day involving that car, my name & Taylors towing essentially. please include what you legally can in accordance of what I am allowed to have legally so I can finally have all documentation of entirety of events from beginning to end. Please don't charge $1k fee I dont have for edits bc no sensitive data or info on recordings bc I'm party who requested police help . However it works please forward copies unredacted, raw ,uncut unedited footage please . I will pay nominal fee you have to charge for copies . just please send me link to pay . Dear Wall Township Police Department,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Wall Township Police Department's handling of my OPRA request 'Body camera footage for incidents I was personally involved in or the caller needing/requesting police assistance pi'.

I requested the reports and all the body camera as well as dash camera videos from this incident over a year or more ago. I never once heard back or received any correspondence from the police dept or any of its representatives. Can someone please investigate this and reply asap as I need all the videos that were recorded from cars and officers bodies as well as any
Emails, reports and correspondence above it through accident or my Kia that was stolen by the tow agency since I'm going to court soon with a lawsuit and NEED IT. thank you so much
