Dear Chaim,
Once we received the payment, we will start the redacting process. You can mail the check (Payable to the "Township of Brick") to the address listed below or you may drop it off.
Unfortunately, due to our servers, we are unable to email the footage. The Police Records Department will put the footage on a disc which can either be picked up or we can mail it to you.
Please advise how you would like to receive it when you submit the payment.
