I am a SIU Investigator with Progressive Drive NJ Insurance Company I am currently conducting an investigation into a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Delran, NJ. Our insured, Rodrigo Junio Alves, has stated that his 2013 Honda Civic was involved in a backing incident at 3001 ROUTE 130, DELRAN, NJ 08075.
I am requesting the following items related to Delran Police Report (2025-8480) for date of accident 7/11/25 to assist with the investigation:
- Copy of any 911 or police call recordings associated with the accident
- Any associated CAD reports
- Copy of bodycam footage for Officer Ptl Parente,#23114

A special service fee is required for the preparation and redaction time for requested videos. The videos footage to be provided has a run time of approximately 1.25 hours. It is anticipated that it will require 1.5 hours of an officer's time to process and make appropriate redactions to this footage. The lowest pay rate of a staff member able to conduct video redactions is $57.71 per hour. The anticipated cost is approximately $86.57 . A $50% deposit of $43.28 is required in the form of a certified check prior to preparation of the video. Payment should be submitted to the Township of Delran, 900 Chester Avenue, NJ 08075 to my attention.
If payment is not received within 15 days, or if you advise me, you no longer seek these records, this request will be closed out.
